Teen Packages

Young chefs will start learning valuable kitchen skills as they get hands-on with fun, age-appropriate recipes.

CHOOSE ONE FROM THE FOLLOWING PACKAGES:

MEXICAN FIESTA

Quesadillas with Crazy Corn salsa, Mexican turkey chili, Mexican hat cookies and easy sangria.

PASTA PASTA

Teens will make homemade pasta with homemade tomato sauce, garlic bread, seasonal cookies, and a frozen fruit slushie.

GOURMET GREEK

Tzatziki with pita chips, Greek orzo salad, lemon and herb chicken, Greek shortbread, pink ice mocktail to drink.

COOKIE EXCHANGE

Teens will bake seasonal cookies and make your own pita bar, veggies and hummus, strawberry milkshake (each Teen will take home approximately 1 dozen cookies).

FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER

Sunrise mocktail, crunchy Caesar salad, individual BBQ meatloaf, buttermilk smashed potatoes, and cranberry chocolate squares.

MAMA MIA

Teens will create their own pizza including the dough, Caesar salad, homemade ice cream sandwiches and lemonade.

BASIC FRENCH FOOD

Croque monsieur with Provencal tomato rice soup, crepes with sautéed apples, and a classic French salad.

MAMA'S KITCHEN

Stuffed Shells with homemade tomato sauce, focaccia bread, Caesar salad and chocolate biscotti.

KNIFE SKILLS (MAX 18 STUDENTS)

One of the most essentials skills of working in the kitchen is being able to work with a knife safely. In this class we will review basic knife skills that will help students learn how to properly select the right knife for the task and how to use it efficiently and safely in the kitchen. After the knife lesson, students will work together to create a meal using the skills they just learned. Choice of Stir fry or Fajitas and for dessert a seasonal crisp.

MYSTERY BOX CHALLENGE (MAX 18 STUDENTS)

If your students enjoy TV cooking challenge shows, they'll absolutely go wild for this class. Students will be given a box of hidden ingredients, plus pantry items and they'll have to create a dish within a time limit. Unlike TV, nobody will be voted off. The dishes will be sampled by the other students and they'll vote on who has the best dish.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT PC COOKING SCHOOLS ARE NOT ALLERGY-FREE ZONES.
We will do our best to accommodate each situation, but it is NOT guaranteed. Please advise the coordinator of any allergies so we can review how to best accommodate.

Refund Policy

All payments for classes are non-refundable unless a refund is requested 48 hours prior to the first date of the class. If you are unable to attend your booked class, you must notify the cooking school coordinator specific to that class by telephone at least 48 hours before your class date to change to another class or to send a friend as a replacement. You may only send a friend if they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. The cooking coordinator's contact information will have been provided to you at the time of registration.

We do not offer a credit for 'no shows'.
